I purchased xperia Z1 on 5th August from that day i camera is not working properly  some time the camera got freeze and sometime it shows “camera not available”. I went to the service center where firstly they said there is virus in the phone they have to update the software .They did it but after one day i got the same problem then i again visited service center then they said there is problem in the phone they  replaced the phone with the new sealed phone. After  a couple of days i got a same problem then i visited service center they said they have to update the software they did it again. After 2-3 days i got the same problem  then i again visited then they said their is some problem in kitkat 4.4 when the update ll come the issue ll be resolved. I mailed to the sony care they said there is no problem in the software  i have to submit the phone to take required action . i submitted the phone to   the sony center again they update the phone n  handover to me . I called in the sony care(180030002800) they took conference with the sony authorised care where  the engineer  admitted that their is some problem in all xperia z1. The care executive  did not give an satisfactory reply to me after that i again mailed to the sony care but also from them i didn’t recieved any satisfactory reply. Now i dont want to use this defected phone . I just want my money back. Please help me and save me from all these harasments.
