With multiple followups with Reliance, I am still facing the problems with My postpaid Mobile number. I have made several complaints regarding false billing, but I haven’t received any positive feedback. I am totally disappointed with the kind of service Reliance gives to it’s customers.

Also, if I try to connect with Reliance customer care, I need to wait for more than an hour and going, still reliance customer case executives are busy. Now because there was no resolution to my billing, I hold payments, still there are no solution to it and my phone got disconnected.

Also, I have made request to make my credit limit static, they keep on increasing my limits and my bill amount. I have no clue whom to call, is it Mr. Ambani or their employees. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.
