Product delivery delayed by Lenskart

I have booked the frame as well lens, from lenskart but due to negligence of the employee he did the mistake and i also asked to chenage it he said he will do it dont worry, now its already 5 days over i haven’t received my product yet.kindly resolve my problem my order no is 1212705978.
