Product missing from order placed with Paytm

I have ordered a memory card of 64gb including an adapter on 11 may 2017 from paytm order id 3221561551 from my paytm account costing rs.700. I received a packet through courier company blue dart on 17 may 2017 containing an adapter only. The packet was having only blue dart packing not paytm packing and ordered date on packing was 12 may 2017 and price mentioned is rs3.61 only. Memory Cary was missing from the packing. The order id on packing is different. The status on paytm till 24th may was processing and estimate delivery was 27 to 30 may but on 25 may 2017 it was updated as delivered. I have made 4-5 complaints on call as well through mails also that i have received the product but product is missing . Even i couldn’t return too because they have blicked my return policy too. I need justice either i want my product or the amount i have paid to them . I have wasted lot of time on complaining paytm regarding this issue even they are not solving my problem and seems like i have lost 700rs. Please help me and give justice
