I ordered a lenovo laptop (Rs.28100 )through Flikart and my son received a parcel from the concerned delivery executive. When I returned from my office I found the parcel already open at the bottom. When i opened it I found two empty bags in the parcel. I have filed a complaint through the toll free number provided by flipkart. They promised to solve the issue. What is the next step if my problem is not solved? Shall i give a police complaint or file a case against flipkart. The bag kept inside the parcel have some information printed in the tag which is irrelevant to the product I ordered. I suspect the logistic people because the parcel is torn at the bottom. please give me a suitable advice.
