I am Tania Barman Roy, I had placed an order of Lakme eyeconic kajal (black) ,0.35g Order No is #404-8060495-4967553 on 15th October 2014 from Amazon. Tracking No is : 613330995491 in Fedex. As per stipulation it is to be delivered within 4working days and estimated date of deliver was latest 27th October 2014. Once the 4 working days passed, I started enquiring about the stuff through phone call. Every time the customer care executive (CCE) of Amazon assured me that within 2days it would surely delivered, but nothing happened. I called several times to Fed Ex courior but no fruitful result was found. In fact every person, from amazon or the curior service was miss guided me throughly.

Most important of all, except the order confirmation mail, I have not received any update mail from Amazon regarding the whole issue. Whenever I tracking the order there is a status shown, “Package arrived at courior facility”.

I wanted to present it as a birthday gift but I was not able to do so as the product was not delivered on correct time. As I have not received the item in the alloted time I need some compensation from Amazon India.
