I have purchased an Apple i-pad mini from Amazon.in with 100% advance payment on 10.10.2014 vide Amazon order No 40440649818587569. As per stipulation it is to be delivered within 4 working days and estimated date of despatch (EDD) was latest by 21.10.2014. Once 4 working days passed by I started enquiring about the stuff through phone or chat. Every time the customer care executive (CCE) of Amazon assured me that within 2 working days it would surely be despatched. But nothing happened. By this process the EDD has passed also and I am getting the same feedback from CCE. I have called up the local courier office ( address Fed Ex Courier, GS-27, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700091) several days but no fruitful result was found. in fact every person be it from Amazon or the courier service was miss guided me thoroughly by telling bunch of lies every time. Most important of all, I have not received a single letter from Amazon regarding the whole issue. This clearly proves Amazon is only bothered about the money from the customer but not the service. I am feeling insecure now since I have made the full payment. Tracking of the order shows, on 13.10.2014 the ipad has reached kolkata from Bangalore. Since then the status showing, “package arrived at courier facility”. Please help me out in this case so that I can get my stuff as soon as possible. for your ready reference I am enclosing the screenshot of Order , Order Tracking and 3 different chatting with the customer care executive from Amazon. Please help.
