I ordered a particular product on askmebazaar.com and I was promised that the product will be delivered my 3rd may  but it was not. So I asked the customer care executive to raise a complaint. my complaint was unanswered and I the escalated the issue and found out that they not willing to share the courier carrier or even that tracking number for the package. I was then requested to wait for 48 hours, after which I called again an found out that my complaint has been closed and resolved on askmebazaar.com system. so I am requested to wait for another 5-7 working days. I waited and again called them to which I was replied as “sir we will look into the matter please wait for 5-7 days “. I think they want me to frustrate me to a limit that I forfeit the delivery and let my money rest with them in peace.
