Product not delivered by Clokart.com

I have done transaction of Rs.2499 for product having 3 Mens Jeans and other accessories on clokart.com on 9 th August 2017 with the transaction Id:100000778. My money has been debited and I received the sms from paytm regarding the payment done to KR INFO SERVICES which the company that runs clokart.com website.

It has been more than 2 Months 20 days but the product has still not been delivered. After 24 hrs they also called me and said to that I have won Brezza car and asked me to pay a sum of Rs 20,000 to which I denied because I was doubtful on them.

I have called the customer support and she is deliberately cutting my call and not responding to it. Also the address which they have provided in their site is fake. No such place exists in Delhi.

I am attaching all the details of the order. Please solve my problem and punish those people
