Product not delivered by Club Factory

I’ve ordered my product via club factory on 25/sep/2017 and it reached delhi on 16/oct/2017 via gati courier services but its not delivered till now…. I’ve been calling them regularly everyday but they are just giving me dates and not delivering my product nor helping me….. Please help me…

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
