I ordered a LG 270 L Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerator on 17.10.2016. Very next day I received flipkart courier partner and tracking Id ( Safexpress & 82082624). When I cross check their tracking id in their courier partner site I found some error message ” Error Waybill No. not found”. Latter I inform flipkart customer care officer regarding this but they not pay attention on my concern and just told me that material will be deliver by 07.11.2016 (schedule date of delivery).

Even after one week there was no update in flipkart site and same error message in their courier partner. Since then I writes so many e-mails, tweets and call customer care officer of flipkart but i am not getting any meaningful information. They only respond that ” at the earliest we will updates you” endlessly.

Today 16.11.2016 still they no able to give any update regarding my. Now my patience reached its limit. As festive season is over and now no offer is available in any other e-commerce company or retail shops available nearby my place. Now price are hiked, so I am not able to purchase same material with same price.

Now I want refund from flipkart of value money require to purchase same material from nearby retailer including transportation charges, so I can purchase same item
