Product not delivered by Flipkart vendor even after a month

I have ordered shoe rack from flipkart on Se 24th order no :OD110312993728450000. Flipkart promised delivery date was 12 Oct ’17 and after that date changed to 23 Oct ,28 OCT ,01 Nov ,03 Nov and now they are saying we will try to deliver before 21 Nov .

Seller contacted once and we have asked him not to get the producr after 12 PM ,still he attempted and came around 4 PM,updated no was there to pick up the product .Flipkart is not ready to cancel product after further delay in delivery .Nor any email /SMS from seller .Every time flipkart gives updates ,seller is not able to reach you and your number is switched off.Even after providing alternate contact number.
