I have placed an order from khantil.com on 7 December 2015. Till yesterday it status was showing yet to be picked up by courier partner, and then suddenly it showed it is delivered somewhere in jammu. when i called the customer care they said that it’s been delivered, when i told them that I’ve provided my address properly, they said sorry it’s the courier partners mistake. I told them to refund my money but they denied. my order ID is #118712.Kindly help me. thank you.
