Product not delivered by Moral shop online

I have purchased one HP pen drive from moral shop online and made payment from Paytm vide order Id 100001232 on 01.09.2017. But till today no communication from the company with shipping details. The tel no. provided is always found in switch off mode. I have also written a mail to the company on 13.09.2017 but that was in vain.
