An online order of ‘Sofa cum Bed’ was given on 04/08/15 to e-commerce website of ‘www.pepperfry.com’ with an amount of 16,160/- (paid). The item had to be delivered latest by 24/08/15 but it is ‘undelivered’ till today. Also there is NO UPDATE to ‘track item’ portal. The customer care was contacted 4 times but they have denied the call even rejected the call and not given any complain ID/no. Written complain was raised on there website and from my personal email to their complain cell but there is NO reply/ update from their end. (only auto reply was sent)
The order No. to pepperfry.com is:301383425. As I have paid the amount, accountability lies on them to deliver the item on time and/or update the customer time to time for any delay/deviation. Therefore, such act of a company is not acceptable.
