Product not delivered by Philips online store

I have ordered a steam Iron from Philips online store in the first week of september. Philips failed to deliver the order despite 10 reminders. Now they even refrain from reverting to mails and calls.

Also, they are not ready to initiate refund of even such a small amount. This is pure negligence, Philips do not want customers. The organisation has failed to meet order, customer service or even respond to queries.
