I’ve ordered water bottles from shopclues web site on 03rd Nov 15 and the order number is 74329694. The item was not delivered till 26 Nov 15 and the status of the item online was in transit. Suddenly on 26 Nov 15 the status was updated online as item delivered, where as the item is not delivered till date. The same was informed to the company through call center more than 03 times. And the web site doesn’t provide option to complaint that the item not delivered, only, it provides option that we can intimate item delivered is damaged, expiry etc. Complaint was launched even in web site also, in the expiry category, with explanation of item not delivered.

Till date there is no response from the company for refunding the money or providing the proof that item delivered to the address.

It is requested that, necessary actions may be initiated against the firm/ company at the earliest .
