I have placed an order for 3 Qty of Bean bag Fillers on 8th Dec 2014 at Snapdeal with cost amt Rs 1573/- & got the delivery date as on 13th Dec 2014 which was not delivered on the expected delivery date. I called up to their call centers on 14th & they have given me another expected delivery date which falls on 19th Dec 2014 & assured me that the company usually deliver the product mostly between two delivery dates which again failed, I again called up & asked the Snapdeal customer care either to deliver the product on cancel it (As this product is under “not cancellable” so they we don’t get option for cancellation) & ultimately they have given another delivery date i.e. on 25th Dec. 2014 which they have crossed long back.

We have called these customer care for the matter .. they just raised a ticket no. 13198170 by KXXXXXn Dxxxi & after this also we have called up many times but these people even don’t respond properly. Every time we are getting same response that they will respond me as soon as possible, there’s no track record of the product as above all the product is still with the seller & till dates this product is not picked up by their courier partner.

We have made ample of request by making ample no. of calls as well as by shooting mails but it’s of no use. We asked several times either to cancel the order if you are still not able to deliver the product or deliver it but it seems they don’t even bother about their code of ethics.
