I had placed an order for 2 products on 21st November, 2015 for which I had paid in advance. The order ID is #LXUNUJIUO.
I recieved a mail on 7th December saying my order has been split and one of the product marked with ID #QLMLYJAYD was sent a few days back. While the other order has not been mentioned anywhere at all and there is no way I can track it. The status says URGENT DISPATCH but there is not record of the payment slip. Attaching screenshots of my order.
I wrote to the customer care and on their FB page but they have not been replying to my mails at all.
