On 23rd of may-2015 I have ordered an air conditioner of voltas 1.2 ton 5 star to shopclue and paid up the amount of rs.25,489.00 by my sbi credit card, shopclue committed to deliver my product with in 1st June 2015. But shopclue provide wrong pin code I.e.110020 to their courier partner, where ever my pin code-751015 clearly mentioned. After contacting gati surface courier partner of shopclue, gati surface says the geneuin problem, which I conveyed to shopclue repeatedly, but shopclue not share the correct pin code to gati surface due to which product returned to shopclue on 3rd June 2015. Thereafter I want my order cancellation and state to shopclue to refund my money back but shopclues customer service representatives regularly says we will update you with in 48 hours over my all calls made to them from 3rd June. I have today contacted and get the same reply of 48 hours wait.

As this tendency shows this shopclue company is very badly cheated me. So kindly may legally take action to refund back my money rs.25,489.00.
