Product not received from

I called the courier company through which Clovia dispatched the product and they say that product is not traceable please check with Clovia. When I called Clovia they say will revert back within 24 hours but not mail. I have called Clovia customer care 3 time and same response I get everytime. And till now no calls from them. I have already payed price of the product . Here are the details :-
