I had last month placed order for a Kismat Collection New Stylish printed patiala salwar dupatta set-PKC16, order no. 6162 for the order value Rs. 599.

First the seller shipped me wrong product within a week. I called the Shopdrill requesting for the replacement for the right item. The item was picked up from my address by Aramex. Its been more than 3 weeks, I have not received my replacement product. I am going out of country and I sent them email to refund the money if they cannot replace the product but I havent got any response to my email. The tracking number they provided to me that product was shipped by seller is incorrect and it shows the tracking location shows as PUNE.

When I called Shopdrill customer care the person who answered the call stated they will call me back but no response yet. First time I ordered from this site and I have negative experience and run around. Please help me to get the refund back.
