I have bought a headphone from PAYTM some days which was going to delivered by their courier partner DELHIVERY. But I didn’t get the product. When I called to Delhivery their customer support executive told me that PAYTM provided their two different pin code regarding same product thus they are unable to deliver the same. Then I have tried to contact PAYTM but they didn’t replied yet. So what should I do now? Please help me.
