This is regarding order # 408-4200826-5401923. This is a exchanged order which was returned due to unsatisfactory sizing issue.
I contacted amazon’s customer executives multiple times but they were unable to help and resolve the issue of refund. Instead they informed me that the product i have sent is an non-amazon product and that is the reason of not issuing the refund. When asked them to ship back the product for which they replied its not possible.
I have attached the return receipt which is a valid proof. All the amazon delievery agents check the product before accepting the return order.
