Product sold more that MRP by Flipkart vendor

I have ordered a kingston 16gb sdhc card on flipkart, 22nd of august, seller was retailnet. According to the seller the listing price is Rs. 650 , the selling price Rs. 569, with 20 Rs discount the price reduced to Rs. 549. I got the product on 25th of august , on opening i saw the actual MRP on the product is Rs.350. I called immediately to flipkart, they said that they can do nothing about the price as it is seller’s decision . Now i want the product but that is in mrp .I have already paid Rs549 so i want the excrss money back
