This is in regards to Ownership transfer of my bike.I bought a second hand bike, note that I am the third owner of the bike.
I have all the documents required for transfer, but I am unable to transfer the ownership as,
1. the first owner of the bike didn’t provide Loan NOC.
2. I have no contact with first owner, the second owner has stopped responding.
3. I tried finding the office of loan providing company, but I found that the address was fake.
In such case how can I get the ownership transfer to my name ? Please help.
