Rado alloy whell not delivered by dealer

I am from goa purchased rado alloy wheel for my bike royal enfield from Shree Durga Rado Company in combitore tamil nadu on 22/08/2017 I made a online payment of RS 8192 and the manufacturer promise me to deliver the order in 15 days but now it has already passed 15 days and above n the manufacturer is nt answering my phone plus my order also is not processed.
