I ordered a product (order no -12112502), item description-rakhi_15011:home made love_a rich rakhi days hamper, in the name of Manju giri on my address from Rediff Shopping on 23rd august, 2015 at 6:09 pm. The company promised to deliver the product on or before 29th august. But the product got deliver on 3rd September that also because of my repetitive phone calls. I called rediff shopping 3 times but they didnt respond to my complains. I have to search for velocity courier by whom my product was being deliver, call them and ask for the person number who is delivering in jamshedpur. The number given to me by rediff shopping was not responding. Then i called that person and told him to deliver my product as fast as possible. And that person recieved my phone after so many repetitive callings. And after that he switched of his phone. Then my product got deliver. Because of this late delivery my festival got ruined . There was mental harassment and I wasted some 50 rs of my balance or more. Those rediff employees dont even have any reason of wht the product got delayed. Just because it was rakhi of small amount they will delay my order? All these kind of online shopping who promise sumthing to the customer and dnt follow it should be look upon. I want a strict action should be taken against them responsible for my harassment. I have written numerous mail to rediff. Still they didnt responded. I have the details of the mails and phone calls..but dur to some reason i am not able to attach screenshots of those. If require further i can send through mail.
