RC not returned after completion of transfer

RC not returned after completion of transfer. Value: 2000. Quikr and Itzeazy have not returned my RC which I had paid for transferring ownership of my Activa. Even though the work is complete since 2 months, they are not responding to my emails or calls. I paid 1800 for this work and they have no decency to even tell me where my RC is currently held so I can pick it up myself.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
