I have placed an online order on sendmygift website of a Photo Mug on 25th DEC order number 145015937, I have received a Broken Mug on 5 Jan 2016. Very same time I called thier customer support and they told me to take the pics of broken Mug and send it to CS@sendmygift.com. so I did. I waited 7 days no response from thier side. Again I called their customer support and had a word with thier supervisor Junaid Khan and he told me to send the pics again a printamug@sendmygift.com. and have assured me that I will receive my Mug in 5 days.i.e. 18th Jan. I have waited again 7 days then too no response from them. It is almost 2 months they are not answering my phone calls and they don’t have any answer. Very Cheap company. I request all the online customers to never ever buy any thing from sendmygift.com
