Received burnt food item from Zomato

complaint against the zomato for delivering burnt food. I had ordered food from zomato on 19th sept and got burnt food then had a conversation with customer care they didnt listen my concern then i uploaded the burnt food pics to their custmer email id but they didnt return my money till now after so many follow ups.

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
