Received celkon instead of moto Z from Snapdeal

Receive cheap product but return not accepted. Value: 14000rs. I ordered moto z play on SNAPDEAL for rs.14000 on 8th april . i receive my product on 14th april . i was opened that i was shocked . inside the box they send 1000rs worth celkon mobile . i was initiate my return request but they are saying silly reasons and reject my request . now i loss 14000 . they are cheating me . please help me
