Received damaged product from Mebelkart

I ordered a wine rack from Mebelkart worth 2300 RS. I received it in a broken condition on 2 August. I raised a defective product report on 3 Aug . I was told that someone will get in touch with me . but despite passage of 23 days and numerous mails they are just not responding at all. The registered number on the website is not reachable too.
