Received damaged product from xiaomi

I had ordered redmi note 5 pro from MI STORE which I received on 4th April. which was in plastic packaging when I opened plastic the box of phone inside was badly damaged. I contacted customer care helpline at 18001036286 registered complain regarding this. It’s been 21 days since I raised this complain I have provided then all thing they had asked me like pics. they are very poorly responding everytime I call they says that their back n team will call me in 24 hours but I receive no calls from their back n team. It’s 21 days . xiaomi is worst service is the E marketing I have ever seen.
