Ordered for a Bfurn Multicolor Shoe Rack Brown from the online company called Mebelkart on 25th NOV 2015 and it was delivered to me on 15th DEC 2015. When I opened the package, the first plank itself had a crack, to which i called their customer care number which always says not an existing number. When i mailed them with all the details, they gave me a prompt response and apologized and said that they will take action soon on this, and to my bad luck that day has not arrived till date.

Mebelkart company to my knowledge is least bothered about the customer satisfaction for their delivered products. I regret buying the shoe rack from this company. Request you to please help me get a replacement for the damaged product or a refund asap.

  1. Same thing happened with me as well. I ordered same shoe rack from mebblekart on 9.03.2016. First there was delay of more than a month in delivery. Then last week I received the package and I discovered one plank is cracked. I regret buying from this site.
