Respected Sir, I have purchased Lenovo A5000 smartphone from ebay through paisapay on 15th july 2015.But i received a defective (dead)phone on 20th july. I took this phone to Lenovo service centre, he witnessed the defect and suggested i can get replacement as it is under ebay guarrantee. I raised the complain at ebay (id:1120156) on 27th july. ebay asked for dead on arrival (DOA)letter from Lenovo for replacement. But lenovo has policy of giving DOA letter for online purchases(voice communication with lenovo executive reference: 216110536). Eventhough ebay says we need DOA letter else they are not responsile for replacement and forced me to talk to seller (which is not authorized). Seller is willing to give replacement. ebay deosnot want to contact seller regarding this, but the seller wants a authorized mail from ebay to respomd positively. ebay is not willing to contact seller.ebay(whom i have paid money). seller( who dispatche the item) and the Lenovo(who manufactured the item) say we are not responsible foe replacement.Is it buying from ebay online in India is my fault. Please help me in getting replacement or refund.
