I have parched online mobile[Moto e 4pls] from filipkart. I received My product 4th September . when I checked my mobile I received damage mobile. I raised complaint for return but filipkart says “sorry we can’t help you ” u can visit service centre and repair it.

After that I visited service centre they are changing Rs.4000me to solve my problem . Then again I raised complaint on filipkart one of the filipkart’s executive told to me you can give me all following details then only we will solve your problem: 1.service centre address:Moto service centre near Deccan Gymkhana pune
2.problem of product: damage mobile
3.complaint number:170921020133
4denai of product: need to replace
I have given all details . Bt they are not able to solve my problem.

Please consumer court help. I need your help
