I have purchased a mobile phone Micromax Canvas A1 from Shop clues on 16th of June from PUSHPA RETAIL and received the product on 20th June 2016. The phone was faulty on arrival. The phone speaker was not working. I immediately mailed back shopclues on 20th asking for a replacement or a return. They denied both replacement and return and they want me to visit the service center and repair the product. Why should i repair a brand new product which was faulty on arrival? I want a return of my product. I bought this phone for my mother who stays all alone and seriously it is not possible for her to visit the service center to do the repair. Thats the benefit of online shopping when you can buy , gift stuffs sitting at home, or else we could have visited any retail shop to do the shopping.

It is very sad to see online shopping sites are washing off there hands soon after the product is sold. Extremely poor customer service. I am still not sure if I will get a replacement / return on my product. But certainly this is going to be my last purchase from shopclues.
