Received defective product from Rediff shopping portal

I have booked the UNI 3G Calling Android Tablet on date 12.08.2016 with the Order No : 13700391 and received the delivery on dated 20.08.2016 and found product defective with in a 2Hrs call to the Rediff Support team and acknowledged the concern with the TKT# 102909506065 and since continuously taking the follow up and mail communication with them now they forward the case to ALPHA RADIO who is Vendor from delhi House No 573 Rajokari Delhi , later they have contacted me and now asking me to send the Defective product to Nearest Service Centre at Aurangabad – SHAM Cumputer – Sath Dhan Complex 1st Floor Next to Mahindra Aurangabad and they will repair the product , I have lost the trust from product and i want my money refund as i have paid for New Product and not for repair one. Kindly Help Me To Get My Money Refund Bank Details I Have Earliest Share With Rediff Team
