Received different product from Flipkart

I made this order and received different product on 1st of June and from than onward i have made so many time call to the customer care executive but the customer executive told me date it will be resolve on this perticular date but i have still facing issue more than that is when i call customer they all are making fun of me and they are not even talking to me keeping my call in mute and they all are enjoying this is too bad exprience from Flipkart. I can’t expect this from Flipkart.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
