I had booked tickets for three passengers from Kozhikode to Vadodara by train no. 12431 Rajdhani express vide PNR no. 4108438849. The date of departure was 27th May 2015.
The said train got diverted because of the on going Gujjar agitation at that point of time. Since the train was not touching our destination station Vadodara, we had filed a TDR for the refund of the ticket amount.
I got the refund for only two passengers. The refund of the ticket amount for one of the passengers not done yet.
I talked to a customer care executive of IRCTC and as per his advice I had sent a lot of mail regarding this issue to IRCTC. But they neither responded for any of my mails nor the remaining payment done yet.
Now when you check this PNR it is showing as flushed PNR and hence no details available on the net.
I am attaching the copy of the ticket.
I request you to look into this matter and do the needful to resolve this issue at the earliest.
