Received seal broken Lenovo Vibe K5 from Amazon vendor

Dear sir, I had an lenovo vibe k5 the product is recived but seal is broken so i request for replacement to amazon on 13 july than expected date of replaced product is 22 aug. 2016 but till date nither product is recived nor my payment of 6999 . sir i had conctact to amazon 3 times but i had got responsible answer. sir plz take suitable action against online company amazon.
