This refers the above subject i have recharge my mobile no on 26.09.2015 at 11am through mcent mobile app but recharge not done successfully and payment was credited on my account. so i called Customer care the customer care executive he says some technical issues so the recharge not successful the same will be return / refund in 7 working days, but till date i have not received any amount on my account.
Now i tried to connect with customer care executive but when i called customer care no 198 my call goes to voice box and after some time the call is disconnected.
Kindly short out my problem at the earliest
