On 05/11/2015 i visited dpm hyundai showroom at dehradun to enquire and book for the new creta petrol sx+ model. I was told about long waiting period. Was also informed that if i can revise my budget upward by 2 lacs then they have one automatic available
as i was looking for urgent purchase, i agreed and confirmed to purchase on 09/11/2015. When i went to the showroom, the car was already prepared. Since the day was ‘dhan-teras’ there was hugh crowd of buyers, so i was delivered vehicle in urgent manner and sales rep moved over to attend other buyers. After returning home i noticed extensive paint & body rework on front left fender and traces of paint on inner linings and plastic part.
Since last 4 days i have been sending complaint to dealer & company but no one is responding. The gm of dpm hyundai rang me on phone and admitted that few times cars get damaged in the transit or in the parking yard so they are resprayed etc. I refused to accept such arguements and insisted that car should be replaced when i have paid for new car, but now no one is responding.
wish to seek help from your forum for getting a replacement of the car or refund of my money and damages due to waste of time
