There are 2 issues with my Order ( Order ID: 14474548812) :-

1) I had ordered Redmi Note 3 on Snapdeal on 1st August. I needed delivery by 3rd August so i agreed to add Rs.99 to my bill. But the order got delivered on 4th August and i still had to pay the extra money as Snapdeal promised to add Rs. 99 to my freecharge account but they haven’t yet done it.

2) I have not received any bill for the product i have received. The bill was neither sent in the package nor via email. This is really very bad. It is utmost callousness on part of Snapdeal. Do send the bill at the earliest.
