Refund against returned product not received from Amazon

I ordered a mobile and found the package without the expected one. Immediately I filed the complaint and it was returned. Amazon confirmed the return and mailed to refund within 5 days but still the refund has not been issued. Please help.

Details are as follows – A-to-z Guarantee Claim (Order 403-0182497-5340346)
Delivery of return shipment – 02.09.2015 by speed post EJ469078544IN

Mail by Amazon – as follows.
“We are writing to follow-up with your A-to-z Guarantee claim for this order:403-0182497-5340346 Thank you for providing us with return tracking information for this merchandise.

If you are not refunded within five business days after receipt of the return is confirmed, please reply to this message and we will be happy to take further action on your behalf.

Thank you for choosing”
