I’ve ordered two things from amazon.in namely Philips GC1905 Steam Iron, Transcend Storjet 25M3 1TB Hard Drive on 14 Dec 2015.

Out of that the hard drive delivered to me was found faulty and I’ve requested return for that also. Amazon picked it up on 20 Dec 2015 and I was told that refund will be provided me within 2-3 days.

Till now I don’t have received the refund of my product . Ive contacted amazon many times but they always keep giving give reasons like “we are contacting with the billing team”, “our policy has changed” etc. So now I want a refund of my product as soon as possible.
