I ordered a watch from the online company Snapdeal in december last year. after 7 days my order was delievered and i recieved a different product. when I complained to the customer care they said that their courier oartner cannot pick up the item and asked me to send it to their address by any other courier. After a week I send them the product through a courier company named as Team United. I even uploaded the air way bill as they asked me to. My product has reached them before four months till date they have not refunded me. I have called thier customer service many times asking for my refund but everytime they say that I will get my refund after 48 hours but four months passed. They are not paying any attention .On calling they divert the topic saying I will talk to the manager and you will get your money back..Even after complaining again and again they have not given me my refund. Please help me. I need your help.company like these are continously cheating on innocent people of our country. please look into the matter.
