I had ordered Levi’s Blue Slim Jeans (Size:34) vide Order Id: 19501110722. On Receipt, it was found unfit and I returned it back on very next day. A formal request for return/Change was also posted on customer care email id of Snapdeal on the same day. To my surprise snapdeal didn’t accept my request by Stating arbitary reason – “Your item does not meet our quality check guidelines”. Later on they give one A/W Bill Number for tracking the Return Merchandise but till date I neither get my Merchandise nor my money back.
