I was contacted by M/s Swastik Associates team and was being informed that there is a Job Opening in Bank for PRO. The asked me to pay a registration fee of 1,800/- and then I paid them 5,500.00/- as consultation fee for arranging an interview call. They did not turn up for almost 3-4 months and finally no interview call was arranged. When I requested them to refund the fee paid they did not replied to any of my mail or call. Finally I visited their office and then they agreed to refund the amount in 4 weeks from the date of written refund request. Now again 1 month passed away and I did not get the refund. Please help me in getting the refund from M/s Swastik Associates.
I have attached the payment receipt and mail correspondence made with Swatik team till now.
